北京大学第三医院工会简介

1958年,北京医学院第三附属医院诞生,次年成立医院工会组织,到目前已历经60余年十一届的光荣历程。60余年来,工会组织不断发展壮大,现已发展为拥有5700余名会员,20个分工会,53个科室级工会小组,200余名专兼职工会干部的大型基层工会组织。现任工会主席刘东明兼任北京市教育工会女工委员,北京大学、北京大学医学部工会副主席;赵荣生任工会常务副主席,王军任工会副主席。

60余年来,历届工会委员会在医院党委的领导下,认真学习贯彻《中华人民共和国工会法》,在医院发展的不同历史时期都起到了联系职工的“桥梁”和“纽带”作用。面对新形势、新任务、新挑战,医院工会坚持与时俱进,在党政所需、职工所急、工会所能的范围内切实履行工会的职能。

近年来,医院工会明确提出“以建家促发展,以发展创和谐”的总体工作思路,日常工作紧紧遵循以“医院中心工作”为中心,以“医院文化建设”为特色,以“创建模范职工之家、构建和谐医院”为目标,履行工会职能、维护职工合法权益的同时,在建设和谐医院、打造特色医院文化以及促进职工身心健康等方面做了大量卓有成效的工作,取得了显著的成绩。2007年北京大学第三医院工会被评为“中国科教文卫系统模范职工之家”;2010年被全国总工会授予“全国模范职工之家”荣誉称号。在医院建家取得丰硕成果的同时,工会适时提出“大家模范、小家先进”、“大家带小家”的工作思路,引导各科室争创“模范职工小家”,不断推进科室民主政治建设,为职工群众营造和谐、安宁、温馨的科室工作生活氛围,使职工群众真正发自内心爱科如家、爱院如家。目前,我院共有15个科室获得“北京大学模范职工小家”荣誉称号,其中药剂科先后获得“北京市模范职工小家”、“全国工人先锋号”荣誉称号;神经内科、心血管内科被评为“北京市先进职工小家”,这标志着我院基层建家工作已进入了一个崭新的阶段。

北医三院工会将以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入学习领会并贯彻党的十九届四中全会精神、中国工会十七大以及上级工会文件精神,以构建和谐医院文化为主线,不断更新服务理念、转变服务方式、创新服务载体、提升服务能力,切实履行职能,以创新推动工会工作深入开展,做好新形势下的工会工作。

  Introduction:

In 1958, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing Medical College was built, and the hospital's trade union organization was established the following year, which opened a chapter in the history of trade union work. Up to now, the trade union of Peking University Third Hospital has passed the glorious course of more than 60 years with 11 sessions. For more than 60 years, trade union have grown continuously, and now has grown to large-scale and grass-roots organizations with more than 5,700 members, 20 branch unions, 53 department-level trade union groups, and more than 200 full-time and part-time officials. The current chairman of the trade union, Liu Dongming, is a committee member of the Beijing Teacher’s Union, and the vice chairman of the trade union of Peking University and Peking University Health Science Center. The executive vice chairman of the trade union, Zhao Rongsheng, is also the standing committee member of the trade union of Peking University.

For more than 60 years, under the leadership of the Party committee of the hospital, every trades union councils carefully studied and implemented the "Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China", and then played a "bridge" and "link" role in different historical periods of hospital development. Faced with the new situation, new tasks, and new challenges, trade union insists on advancing with the times, and effectively performs the functions within the scope of the needs of the Party and government, the staff's urgency, and the union's ability.

To build a home is to build a hospital, and to build a home is to build a department. In 2010, the Trade Union of Peking University Third Hospital was awarded "National Model Workers' Home" by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The Pharmacy Department has won the honorary of "Beijing Model Trade Union" and "National Worker Pioneer"; Neurology Department and Cardiology Department have been rated as “Beijing's Advanced Trade Union”; and currently, there are 15 departments in our hospital awarded "Peking University Model Trade Union". The concept of "the trade union of hospital drives the trade union of department development" has been deeply rooted in the staffs.

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics fo a new era, Peking University Third Hospital Trade Union deeply studied and understood the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC, the 17th National Congress of Chinese Trade Union and the documentary spirit of superior trade unions, with the main line of building harmonious hospital culture, continuously update service concepts, change service methods, innovate service carriers, improve service capabilities, effectively perform functions, promote the in-depth development of trade union work through innovation, and do a good job in the new situation.
